The Skin IQ accepts returns only for items purchased through www.skiniqkh.com. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or store directly for assistance.

If you would like to return an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused, and return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Some sale items may not be refundable, subject to prior notice.

1. Received a defective item or a product you didn’t order?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@skiniqkh.com as soon as possible. Include your contact information and photos of:

• The items received.

• The parcel box.

This will help us investigate the issue and respond with a resolution promptly.

 Additional Notes

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You may select the carrier of your choice. Return labels are not provided.

• Partial order cancellations are not allowed.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 days after the returned items arrive at our distribution center.

• Serene reserves the right to modify the return policy at any time without prior notice.
